RISK MANAGEMENT SERVICES

 

Risk Management

Network performs critical services for Developers, General Contractors, and Subcontractors. This includes Legal Contract Reviews, General Liability Insurance Policy Review, Certificate of Insurance Tracking, and Safety Services.

Wrap Administration

Network has experienced professionals to meet all wrap administration needs. This includes synchronizing the roles of the Builder, Insurance Carrier and Broker, and providing ongoing support to this team. We conduct an in-person Wrap Orientation/Training session, where we discuss in detail all of our wrap administration services. We prepare a series of customized documents, including Contract addendums, a Wrap Manual, and a bid package. Additionally, we enroll all eligible subcontractors and lower-tier subcontractors in the Wrap. We are available by telephone or e-mail, to all parties, for any ongoing issues, questions, and support that may arise, throughout the life of the project.
